1. There are a lot of different means of travelling, such as airplane, ships, trains, buses, cars, etc.

2. Travelling by plane is more comfortable, more convenient and of course far quicker than any other method.

3. Travelling by car means flexibility, independence, and freedom. You can take a lot of things with you and go anywhere you want and at any speed you want. There are a few disadvantages though. It can be tiring to drive for hours, petrol can be expensive and you can get lost.

Travelling by train is slower than by plane, but it has its advantages. With a train you have comfort and pleasure combined.

Travelling by ship is relaxing and comfortable, but even a fast ship is so much slower than a plane, a car, a train or a bus. Besides, travelling by sea is not for people who suffer from seasickness.

4. Many people prefer to travel by car because it's very convenient. You needn't reserve tour tickets. You needn't carry heavy suitcases. You can stop wherever you wish.

5. I prefer travelling by train. It is super convenient and eco-friendlier than using a car. Another reason is that I don't feel safe while travelling by plane.

My last trip was a journey to Irkutsk to visit my grandparents. My parents and I went there by train. It took us three days to get there. I slept on the top bunk and I liked it.
